Design Terms Of Service

General design TOS

You may resell my designs as you please, and sell for more then what you bought them for, especially if they have extra art. I'm not super strict with it.
You may not use my designs for anything NSFW.
You can use my designs as you see fit, redesigns are ok as long as I am credited as original designer and there is no drawing over my original art, so is commercial use (i.e. merch of your character) as long as it does not include my art.
You must credit me, Mirbon, as the creator of the design. I prefer to be credited with a direct link to one of my socials if you post the art I made of a design somewhere. If you plan to upload it to Toyhouse simply fill me, "Mirbon" in as the creator.
My designs may be used in breeding charts freely if they are generic horse or other real life animal designs. However, anything asides from a basic animal and accessories may not be used!
None of my art and designs may be used in NFT or AI projects.
None of my designs may be used for anything hateful (such as but not limited to homophobia, slander, racism.)

Species design TOS

I own a few species, mainly the Blaide Breed and the species made for these worlds I have created. The designs for these worlds and species follow a slightly different terms of service. Owning characters from any of these species means these terms of service apply to these specific designs.

Blaide breed species rules

Do not make your own blaide in any way. This is a closed species. As such: Do not copy this breed in any way, shape or form. This goes for writing too, please do not make written only blaides to get around this rule with the reasoning that you never drew them and as such are not a real oc.
You may not take characters out of the breed. If it is a blaide coat it cannot be anything else then a blaide species wise, so please do not draw them as anything else.
Blaides may not be used in breeding grids and can only breed with other blaides if breedings are open.
You cannot change a blaides base design.
- You may add scars, clothes, piercings, tattoos and whatnot, so long they do not mimic any traits or mutations.
- You may make the coat slightly lighter or darker, the same goes with their color palette. This does not mean that you can change the colors too much, so much that a green color palette is seen as blue for example.
If you change accounts, please let me know so I can keep your blaides registration page up to date. Regarding registry posts: you can always ask me to make changes to their name, and their gender so long they do not have offspring.
If I see anyone misbehave in the community I, Mir, have the right to restrict or ban them from getting/owning blaides and joining in events hosted.
when selling blaides you must:
- Tell me so beforehand so I can get you a list of restricted/currently banned folks that are not allowed to get any (more) blaides.
- Make it clear you sell a blaide so the new owner knows what they get into/can read up on this breeds rules.
- Tell me who you sold them to, so I can update their registration post for the new owner and keep everything orderly.

Blaide world adjacent species

You can create your own of these species so long you ask me for permission to do so.
You must keep the world lore in mind with them when creating a new character.
You may not profit off these species by for example making adopts.
It is not allowed to use these species or heavily reference them without permission.
The specific species' MYO and base guidelines are to be followed, and the design is to be run past me before use.
Characters of these species may not be sold to the people on my blacklist. Please check this with me beforehand by shooting me a message.
It is allowed to take the designs out of the blaide world setting/their respective species, but if you do this I ask you to remove their key traits before using them further.
- if key traits are removed it is no longer necessary to run the design past me for resale regarding the blacklist, unless I am the designer.
